For medium and long-term stays, a set of services will also be included:

• Reception and assistance Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
• Daily cleaning, with change of bed linen and towels every 4 days.
• Wifi – Net Premium service with high speeds up to 1Gbps and without compromising information security
• Water and electricity included ( with a limit of consumption)
• Video surveillance of common areas and alarm and fire services in the apartments
• Alarm system connected 24Hours to the security company.
• A security deposit will be charged.
• A service contract will be signed.

All apartments are fully equipped.
